A: When you're an internet cafe, called the Qaran (sic) Express. You read a blog about the latest Mo Toons damn foolery. Said blog has a big cartoon of Mohammed which some people find to be a cause of violent eye-popping rage.

An excellent idea, Puss. Quite a lot of Lebanese shisha places round here, so they'll probably appreciate the thought. (Even if they do stone you to death afterwards).
You'll be alright if you stick to the ones that sell (or permit) booze. "Mango Grill" is far better than it looks from the outside.
